By using this site, you agree to these terms. They govern the public website only and do not replace a signed management agreement with JFJ Gestion.
General information
The site describes JFJ Gestion’s services for general information. Sending an inquiry is not an offer, acceptance or contractual relationship. Services, responsibilities, fees, expenses and approvals are established in a written agreement.
No legal advice
Information about leases, notices, permits, tenancy files, evictions or rental rules is not legal advice. Consult a lawyer, notary, municipality or competent authority when appropriate.
Emergencies
Email and the form are not monitored continuously. Call 911 if anyone is in immediate danger. For urgent matters involving a managed property, use the Emergency page and follow the procedures in your agreement.
Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. You may not compromise its security, automate abusive submissions, impersonate another person or submit a third party’s personal information without authority.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, visual identity and graphics belong to JFJ Gestion or are used with permission. They may not be commercially reproduced without written permission, subject to rights provided by law.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep the information accurate and the site accessible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. External services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada. Any invalid provision will be limited only as necessary, without invalidating the remaining provisions.
