Services are tailored to your properties and set out in our management agreement. They may include rental listings and leasing, tenant communication, rent collection and follow-up, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, notices, management reports and administrative support.
Do you work with owners of multiple properties?
Yes. Our approach is especially suited to owners of plexes, rental condos and small portfolios of multi-unit residential buildings who want to centralize management and keep better track of each property.
Who pays for repairs and other property expenses?
Management fees cover the services included in our agreement. Repairs, materials, service provider fees, legal fees, permits and other property expenses are generally the owner’s responsibility. We agree in advance on which expenses require your approval and the applicable approval thresholds.
Can you help with tenancy matters that require additional support?
We can coordinate communication, organize documents and manage the necessary follow-up. When legal expertise is required, we work with the appropriate professionals. Our role and the services included are defined according to the matter involved.
Can you assess a property’s suitability for short-term rental?
Yes. We can assess your property and provide a report with recommendations on marketing, pricing, presentation and suitable rental options, subject to applicable rules and approvals. This assessment service does not include integration with your personal Airbnb account.
