Information collected
The form collects only the information you provide: portfolio type, approximate number of units, locations, name, email, optional telephone number and a description of your need. Limited technical data may also be processed by our hosting, security and form-transmission providers to operate the site and prevent abuse. Do not submit personal information about your tenants through this form.
Purposes and consent
We use this information to receive and answer your inquiry, assess whether our services may fit your needs, reasonably follow up, and protect the form from spam and fraud. We do not use it for newsletters or electronic marketing without separate consent.
Collection and service providers
Information is collected directly from you. The form is transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to our email provider. Hosting and security providers help operate the site. Some processing may occur outside Quebec; JFJ Gestion is committed to assessing privacy factors and governing those transfers as required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries only as long as needed to respond, conduct reasonable follow-up and meet legal obligations, after which they are securely destroyed or anonymized. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your information and, where the law allows, withdraw consent or request cessation of dissemination or de-indexing. Contact the Privacy Officer above. You may also contact Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
Incidents and complaints
JFJ Gestion maintains an internal process for privacy complaints and confidentiality incidents. Any incident posing a risk of serious harm will be handled and reported as required.
